"Sarah Island Black & White" I've been digging through all my old photos looking for unedited hidden gems and I came across this one 
Shot in Tasmania wile on holidays on a boat about to dock at Sarah Island the site of an early convict settlement, it was fascinating exploring the ruins dotted all over the tiny island.

My eyes see the entire image at once in this black & white version. I get a stronger sense of depth and distance between the island and the far hills beyond the cloud line. The colour version - equally beautiful! - leads my eyes to the island right away.
