Guardian of the Gateby *Questavia

"Guardian of the Gate" I'm really proud of this one as it's my first ever dragon image, and before you say, "hey there's something not right about that black dragon" that's because it's not a DnD black dragon, its a photograph of a little dragon statue I have here on my desk that snarls at me mindlessly as I work my life away.

Bonitos colores y composición, solo hay algo que acabo de comprender y es el recorrido visual. Los ojos van a parar a las zonas mas claras, que en realidad no contienen un gran interés. Pero el resto tiene mucha gracia y provoca calor. Las imágenes oníricas, tienen toda la libertad que los propios sueños nos dan.
Me gustan los elementos arquitectónicos combinados solo a un nivel de composición. Las luces y las sombras no obedecen las leyes de la física en esta imagen y proyectan sombras imposibles. Especialmente el reborde negro que recorre toda la imagen me recuerda las antiguas cartas del Tarot.

, truth be known it's my favorite to date too, I have a soft spot for dragons but they are really hard to pull off in any realistic manner which is why I haven't even bothered to attempt to make one up until now.
